Eligibility

For outstanding graduates and professionals mainly from developing and emerging economies who could not otherwise support themselves at Oxford. Applicant must apply for a new full-time eligible Oxford graduate course, intend to return to their country of ordinary residence after study, and demonstrate a clear connection between the proposed study, long-term career objectives and improvement of public life. Deferred 2027-28 offer holders are not eligible. Applicants must select the scholarship in the Oxford graduate application and upload the required Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarship Statement. The relevant scholarship deadline is the December or January admissions deadline for the selected Oxford course.
