Eligibility
Ugandan applicants are eligible under the Commonwealth eligible-country rules. Applicant must be permanently resident in an eligible Commonwealth country and available to begin UK study in September 2027. By September 2027, normally requires at least an upper-second-class (2:1) first degree, or a lower-second-class degree plus a relevant postgraduate qualification. Applicant must be unable to afford UK study without the scholarship. Full-time taught Master's study only; CSC does not fund MBAs or research Master's programmes under this scheme. The proposed study should relate to a CSC development theme.
